Daisy Long was a staff writer on Amy Sherman-Palladino and Dan Palladino’s (Gilmore Girls) new ballet drama series Étoile, releasing internationally on Amazon Prime on 24th April 2025.

Feature football mockumentary Fran the Man, written by Richie Conroy, releases in Irish cinemas nationwide from Friday 11th April. Directed by Stephen Bradley and produced by Forty Foot Pictures with support from Screen Ireland and RTÉ, the film stars Darragh Humphreys, Ardal O’Hanlon, Amy Huberman and Eddie Marsan.

Kamal Kaan was Script Consultant on this coming-of-age dance school drama, which premieres on Channel 4 Sunday 30th March at 10pm.

Feature mockumentary Fran The Man will have its worldwide premiere on 1st March 2025 at the Dublin International Film Festival. Written by Richie Conroy, it stars Ardal O’Hanlon and is based on the series of the same name, which Richie also wrote and directed.

Kathrine Smith has written episodes 5 and 6 for the brand new series 28 of Silent Witness, airing 20th and 21st January on BBC One at 9pm.

Grantchester Series 9 will premier on ITV1 at 9pm on Wednesday 8th January 2025. The series was produced by Jyoti Fernandes.
