Kitson Press is a creative talent agency representing writers, producers, and development/script editing talent working in television, film, theatre, and radio.
As a boutique agency we work closely with our clients on an individual basis to nurture their talents, manage their careers and make the right contacts for them in the industry. We are always ensuring we do the most to promote them and their work, in the UK and internationally.

Kitson Press Associates was established by Jean Kitson and Julie Press. Our agent team is Jean Kitson, Emilie Loldrup Shea and Katie Snaydon, and we are supported by Megan Harding as our Drama Researcher and Sanjyokta Deshmukh as our Assistant. Julie Press remains involved as a Consultant.
Jean Kitson
Jean Kitson leads Kitson Press and represents new and established UK and international talent across TV drama, film, theatre and radio. She has an MA from Oxford University and has held positions on the BBC Forum and PMA Council.
Emilie Loldrup
Emilie represents up-and-coming and established drama writers, as well as producers and script editors. Prior to joining Kitson Press, Emilie worked at the British Film Institute and Anton. She holds an MA in English from the University of Copenhagen.
Katie Snaydon
Katie represents an eclectic list of screenwriters and directors across all genres, from emerging talent to showrunners. Katie joins Kitson Press after 10 years as an agent at Gemma Hirst Associates and has previously worked at United Agents. She holds an MA from Goldsmiths College and a BA from the University of Sussex.
Sanjyokta Deshmukh
Sanjyokta Deshmukh is the agency’s Assistant and a freelance script reader and writer. She has worked as an Assistant Script Editor for BBC Wales and has taken part in various industry talent schemes including Soho Labs, Film London Connect, and The Network.
Megan Harding
Megan joined Kitson Press as an Assistant in 2022 and became Drama Researcher in 2024. Megan is also a freelance screenwriter and filmmaker. She holds a BA in English from the University of Cambridge.
