Daisy is a professional ballet dancer turned writer / director. She’s a Los Angeles native who moved to Germany at the age of 16 to pursue a career at The Stuttgart Ballet Company. After 8 seasons of dancing in the company, Daisy hung up her pointe shoes and moved to London to earn a degree in practical filmmaking from The Met Film School. Daisy is an alumna of the 2019 Sundance New Voices Lab. In 2020, she wrote and directed a 3-part documentary series for the Ballett am Rhein in Düsseldorf which premiered live at their Opera House as well as on German TV. Most recently Daisy has sold a feature film she co-wrote, produced, and choreographed called MOTHER, MAY I? to Dark Sky Films which was released in Summer 2023. She is currently a staff writer on Amy Sherman-Palladino and Dan Palladino’s new Amazon series ÉTOILE.
