Zahara is a writer for children’s television. She has over 8 years industry experience in both animation and live-action. Zahara started her career in production working for HIT Entertainment and Penguin Random House before moving into writing. She has a love of children’s storytelling and is currently writing on projects for Moonbug, Gutsy and Sky. Zahara has recently written for Fireman Sam, Pop Paper City, The Adventures of Paddington and Colourblocks.

When she is not writing for TV, Zahara develops her own original projects including writing children’s picture books. She loves nothing more than going off on an adventure and exploring new places as long as she can come back to her tea and slippers!
