Marcus has written over forty hours of broadcast work ranging from drama to kids animation.
A major recent credit is his 8 x 60’ episodes of gold rush serial Dominion Creek / An Klondike for TG4 & Netflix UK. The first series was nominated for nine IFTAs, winning four, including Best Writer for Marcus and Best Drama. The second series has been nominated for ten IFTAs, again including Best Writer.
His original feature screenplay, The Littlejohn Affair is in development with Element Pictures.
His first IFTA nomination was for political drama, The Running Mate, which won Best Drama.
Further TV drama credits include Jack Taylor, Red Rock and The Clinic.
His script doctoring includes the complete rewrite of the Hallmark Channel rom-com, Three Wise Women.
Marcus’ background in animation has led to Kid’s credits including Roy for CBBC and My Phone Genie for ITV, Netflix Original Bottersnikes and Gumbles, Mia & Me and the upcoming Mystery Museum .

Marcus is based in Dublin, Ireland.
