Anita began her career as a television actress. After writing her first screenplay she was invited to work on ITV’s ‘Peak Practice’. She was on the original writing/creating team of World Productions’/BBC2 ‘The Cops’. The show went on to win two Baftas, an RTS and a Writer’s Guild Award. She created her own series ‘Picking Up The Pieces’ for ITV and was part of the team of writers who created ‘Spooks’.
